I have an almost full set of china, which I cannot find anything about. It has the reg SOL 391613, with the half sun rise, and says J&GMeakin England. Wondering if anyone knows anything about it....

That would have been my suggestion. a replacement china co. ovingtons was a department store in new your up u til the 1930's.
That Company was a supplier of Hotel china etc. working from 1885 to 1940.
