I'm searching for dinner plates (and other pieces such as teapot)of a Franciscan pattern called "The Hunter" primarily in blue, but also interested in red.

These were made in England, and I'm not certain of the dates, but likely early last century.

Try looking up Replacements.com. They often have old patterns of china, stemware, silverware and so forth. Work looking them up on the net.

The Hunter pattern was discontinued in 1975
the blue and red versions of this pattern are very scarce and you will probably pay a good premium for these pieces. Replacements.com currently has a very limited number of pieces in blue and none currently in stock in red. Ebay only has a couple of listings in the multicolor version. Visit local Flea markets or auction houses these pieces show up there more than you would think. Local Goodwill, Salvation Army, Church Thrift stores are other great places to collect at Auctionzip.com is a good place to check out local auctions and quite a few have pictures of upcoming auctions.
Collecting a complete set of this pattern in the color you want will probably take you quite a while to accomplish but will be worth the effort
