PEARL NECKLACES

DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT PEARLS AND THERE VALUE? WE HAVE THESE NECKLACE WHICH WE BELIEVE TO BE ANTIQUE BUT DO NOT NO ANYMORE ABOUT THEM EXCEPT THERE REAL... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP??????

DAVENJAMIE a jeweler or antiques evaluator can probably tell better since they can see it with their eyes and not on a photo and thus recognize the structure maybe or other signs that might give away their origins.

Isn't there any mark on the clasp of the chain?

Yes there is markings on them but nothing stamped ex.(14 kg) or anything. They have the same clasps as everyone in the jewelery store. we took them down to the store and they couldnt say much except "wow, These are very nice" we live in a small town so were not to sure. And the jewelry store had nothing quite as nice as this all the pearls are very sanding and ya anyway that the only thing that they could say is that they were in fact real and very very nice.. We were gonna sell them on ebay or something but its hard to find a price or anything about them... we are still looking into pearl experts lol to see anything about them Thanks for your reply

HERE you might find out about their value by submitting a description and photo. I think you should take them to the 'big city' and a reliable and trusting appraiser's firm before putting them up for sale, but if impossible an online estimation might suffice.
