I have a small porcelain vase but cannot identify the maker or mark would be obliged if anyone could help.

The vase is hand painted in greens depicting a castle a bird and some foliage the hand painted mark on the bottom has: SEC.xvii a broken line underneath this and number 213 under the line.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I couldn't find any information on the mark, maybe if you posted a photo of th painting on the vase someone could identify the artist's work?
