I have a small lot of what appear to be fairly old pulleys, and have never seen a hook like the one on the lower left in the picture. Any ideas what it might be for? By the way - although the word ebay appears in the path to the picture, this is not an ad or a pointer to an auction; there is nothing at the URL other than a photo. Thanks Art

Good Morning, It appears you have a dual line pulley and the double 'hook' served as a guide for two lines. The double hook could have also rode along twin lines with the pulley suspended beneath it. A modern version that is close to this system is often found in drapery and window blind hangings. Bob Need

They are likely to be components of a block-and-tackle assembly. The anchor-shaped hook could have had a specialised industrial of nautical application, or be simply for collecting two lines.
