How would that jive with the famous table that lady sold? The Keno brothers appraised it and then when she sold it one was working the auction and the other was bidding (but didn't get it). I'm not suggesting there was a problem, just that if the appraisers signed something like that it would affect several situations. On the other hand, in the real world appraisers aren't suppose to buy what they are paid to appraise. Hummmm...
