I cannot read the mark, but maybe that another persons has anough experience to identify this mark.

That is pretty illegible
It looks like on the second line the second word is pottery.
and the last line last word looks like RD so maybe it is the name and address of the pottery.

OOOPS!! MY MISTAKE - TUNSTALL IS IN STAFFORDSHIRE,ENGLAND. THE CHINA MARK IS QUITE
SMUDGED.

I SEARCHED "A-Z OF STOKE-ON-TRENT POTTERS" AND FOUND A POSSIBILITY-THIS IS YHE CHINA MARK:-

GRENVILLE WARE
GRENVILLE POTTERY LTD
TUNSTALL
MADE IN ENGLAND

1946-1960/1964
