trying to date a chair

I just purchased a rocking chair and am trying to find the approximate age. It is a spindle type chair made by The Parkersburgh Chair Company or so the tag says. I searched the net for the company and nothing came up. thanks in advance for any help.

Take a look at that tag again. Are you sure it's spelled with an 'h' at the end? Or....could it be an early 1900s chair made by the Parkersburg Chair Co of Parkersburg, WV?
